My passion is real estate, and I love to share my knowledge and enthusiasm with my clients – and anyone who asks! Are you buying? I want to make sure your property is seen by as many buyers as possible to get you the best price. This means I go beyond the basic MLS listing and Sunday open house by advertising your property on multiple websites, holding 3 open houses per week, and preparing professional flyers, photographs and tours.

And me? My real estate career began in 2000 when I bought my first multi-family home in New York City. Over the years I’ve bought and sold for myself in NYC, Rochester NY, Honolulu HI, and since 2005, in San Francisco. I’ve experienced some challenging and stressful transactions as both a buyer and seller (ask me over coffee sometime, we might need two cups) and know the pitfalls and red flags to avoid. I’ll bring my personal knowledge to your transaction and help ensure that yours is a smooth one!

For nearly nine years in San Francisco I’ve also worked in the tech industry – big name portals, photo sharing sites, and small start-ups. I’m a licensed Project Management Professional too, which means I know how to track all the many complicated steps to close a real estate transaction and get it done! My specialty is making sure nothing slips through the cracks. I have all the latest tools and technology on hand to stay ahead and make your transaction a smooth one. Stacks of paperwork are a thing of the past – if it can be done electronically, that’s how we’ll handle it!

Before San Francisco I was a realtor in beautiful Honolulu (ok, yes, it was awesome living there). I gave all my clients 100% of my time. If my buyers wanted to see 15 condos, I took them to see 15 condos. If they needed time to decide, they got time (no pressure here). And when they were ready, I helped them write the best offer to get their first choice. And my sellers? Well, they were very pleased with how smooth their closing went, and even more happy that I brought them a higher price than expected.
