How does a virtual office create better agents?

Virtual offices are the future of real estate. As Realtors, our job is to be out showing property, not sitting in an office shuffling paperwork. Not only does a virtual office make agents more efficient, but it also streamlines overhead. GHI leverages the virtual office model and couples it with optional brick and mortar offices as needed to provide GHI agents and clients with the flexibility to meet and work at the locations most convenient to them.

How Much Can I Expect to Earn?

GHI agents thrive in our agent-friendly pro-customer centric culture. Within months of joining GHI, we aim to triple agent productivity.  When you win, we win together.

How do I get paid?

GHI agents get paid directly from escrow via wire or electronic funds transfer.

How do I reserve an office?

GHI agents can reserve an office directly from our office management company.  Offices are available on a hourly or monthly basis. GHI does not charge a monthly desk fee or mandate floor time for leads.

To which REALTOR boards does Grobecker belong?

GHI agents belong to the following local boards:

  • San Francisco Association of Realtors + SFAR MLS
  • Sacramento + Metrolist
  • Bay East + Paragon
  • San Diego Board + MLS

What if I want to conduct property management services?

GHI welcomes agents to partake in property management. In order to start accepting property management clients, agents must:

  1. Take a property management CE class
  2. Work with the broker manager and the landlord to come up with a fee schedule for duties, payment processes, scope of services and online portal management.

What kind of support does GHI provide?

GHI Corporate views itself not as managers but as back-office support for all aspects of your real estate business.
