Designed for discriminating 1031 exchange investors and income/growth oriented clients, our co-investment platform seeks to quickly add investment value through both cosmetic and construction upgrades and new tenancy.

With our first priority being capital preservation, we seek to acquire assets at discounted prices, thereby creating an immediate margin of safety for investors. Sperry Van Ness/DealPoint Merrill Equities focuses on assets that will deliver robust cash-on-cash returns, as well as the sale or refinance on stabilized operating performance. On a risk-adjusted basis, we prefer apartments, multi-tenant retail, self-storage and medical properties.
