GRO GROUP

GRO Fund Platform

Submit a transaction for institutional screening.

The platform is a disciplined process, not a listing service. Sponsors submit a deck and the core transaction facts, receive an immediate underwriting score, and — where the file warrants it — engage the desk to build an institutional file and prepare the transaction for market.

Process

Four controlled stages.

Each stage has an explicit standard. Files move forward only when they meet it.

  1. 01

    Submission and score

Upload the deck and the core transaction facts. The screening engine applies the firm's underwriting rubric and returns an immediate score from 1 to 100. The score is visible at once; the rubric breakdown is not.

  2. 02

    Engagement

Sponsors who proceed choose a track: institutional readiness (data room sorting) or full data room clean-up with technology onboarding. The full rubric breakdown unlocks in the dashboard.

  3. 03

    File build and review

Underwriting file, sources and uses, capital-stack logic, risk register, and the institutional deal sheet. A banker reviews the transaction story and the financial logic.

  4. 04

    Continuous deal desk

Once a file is activated, the monthly desk fee applies for as long as the transaction is live: banker sessions, refreshed analysis, document currency, and counterparty coordination.

Pricing

From deal submission to institutional capital readiness.

Choose the level of professional support your transaction requires. GRO separates deal submission, underwriting, diligence preparation, and institutional capital access so sponsors pay for a defined scope of work. Fees are for work performed and access to a defined process. No fee is a guarantee of financing, investment, a term sheet, an introduction, or a closing.

GRO Capital Access is a high touch institutional capital process available to transactions that satisfy GRO underwriting and diligence standards. GRO may position and present an approved transaction to qualified capital sources that GRO determines may be relevant to the transaction. Participation does not guarantee any introduction, meeting, investment, financing commitment, term sheet, or closing.

Closing based transaction economics — equity and debt placement compensation — are documented separately under the applicable mandate or placement agreement, only through a structure confirmed by securities counsel to be authorized to receive it. They are never charged through the platform.

A free, non-identifying profile is always available: submit the transaction facts and receive the screening score at no cost. Fees apply only when the desk is engaged, and amounts previously paid on the same transaction may be credited toward a higher tier at GRO’s discretion under the engagement terms.
